You the client, are required to have a debit or credit card on file to book an appointment at Spoilt Studios.

 

Appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee $35 for a beauty service and $50 for a full set of lashes, brow or lash package, PMU or Tattooing.

 

Appointments can be rescheduled on our booking system if there is more than 24 hours notice.

 

If any bookings need any adjustments or changes made, you can search your appointment on our booking link via the website, social media or contact us directly at the salon.

 

Please DO NOT email a cancellation or booking changes as this is not checked frequently.

 

If you the client does not show up to an appointment, you will be charged a 'no show' fee of the full amount of the service that was missed, to the card you have supplied Spoilt Studios.

 

You the client will be charged accordingly to our Policy. Once payment for the 'no show', missed service/s has been received, you the client then may re-book. Please be courteous of our time as we are of yours.
